Effective date: from the moment of consultation payment
This offer is an official proposal from photographer Alexandra Dymont (hereinafter — the “Photographer”) to any individual (hereinafter — the “Client”) and is published on the website. Payment for the consultation constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this offer by the Client.
1.1. Photographer — an individual providing photography services as an Essek Patur (small business).
1.2. Photographs — digital images created as a result of the photoshoot.
1.3. Preparation — discussion of the idea, clothing recommendations, location selection, and other organizational matters.
2.1. The Photographer provides a photoshoot service, and the Client pays for it in accordance with the selected package.
2.2. Payment for the consultation confirms the Client’s readiness for the shoot and initiates the preparation process.
2.3. The Photographer delivers the final photographs within 7 calendar days after the shoot.
3.1. The cost of consultation and preparation is 100₪.
3.2. The consultation includes idea discussion, location selection, and recommendations for preparation.
3.3. In case of cancellation by the Client, the consultation fee is non-refundable, as the preparation work is considered completed.
